Bus Itinerary

  • 07:00/15:00 Free pick-up at your hotel in the Hanoi Old Quarter and transfer to Sapa Express Bus for the departure to Sapa at 7:30
  • 09:00/17:00 Have a rest-stop at Km57 for 30 minutes. Here you can go to the restroom and at 11:30 (19:30) there will be a second stop for 15 minutes at Km237
  • 13:00/21:00 Arrive in Sapa town and the limousine will take the passengers to their accommodation around Sapa town or Eco Sapa bus office for the ones staying outside the town

Pick-up:

 Option 1  Free Hotel pick-up

    - Any hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter 

 Option 2  The Meeting point in Hanoi

    - 42 Hang Giay St, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi (for passengers staying outside Hanoi old quarter)

 Option 3  Free pick-up at Noi Bai International Airport

    - Terminal 01 and 02

Note:

  • The actual pick-up time would be reconfirmed via email / WhatsApp by our operators
  • Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before actual pick-up time and also inform your hotel receptionist that you are waiting for the picking up by our bus
  • If your hotel located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meeting points at least 30 minutes before departure time

    - At any Hotel around Sapa town 

 Option 2  Eco Sapa Limousine Office in Sapa

Additional Information

  • Once you get confirmation from us (Via Email / WhatsApp / Line / WeChat), your tickets have been reserved.
  • At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get in the bus
  • Seat arrangement will be made by bus's operators
  • Children aged 0 to 4 can travel for free as long as they share a seat with their parents
  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • Please note that the duration of the transfer may vary depending on traffic conditions.
  • Food and drinks are allowed for consumption inside the vehicle, with consideration to maintaining cleanliness during the trip

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before departure time: 70% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund

About VIP-Seat:

VIP-Seat arrangement:

  • A typical limousine car would contain 9 soft leather seats, 2 at the front, 4 in the middle, and 3 at the back
  • The 4 seats in the middle (called VIP seats) are larger and more comfortable compared to the normal seats
