Bus Itinerary

The tour guide and small bus start to pick up around Hanoi old quarter 1 hour in advance of departure time, transfer passengers to the meeting point (bus office) for the big sleeping bus to Sapa

  • There are 02 breaks on the way, one at the 57th km and another at the 237th km

  • The bus arrives in Sapa after around 5.5 – 6 hours of transfer

  • For the night bus, you can stay on the bus until 05:30 – 06:00 AM

Note:

  • The actual pickup time would be reconfirmed via email / WhatsApp by our operators

  • Please be ready at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before actual pickup time and also inform your hotel receptionist that you are waiting for the picking up by G8 Sapa Open Tour Bus

  • If your hotel located outside the pick-up area, please come to the meeting points at least 30 minutes before departure time

Drop-off: Bus Office in Sapa - 426 Dien Bien Phu, Sapa, Lao Cai

Additional Information

  • Once you get confirmation from us (Via Email / WhatsApp / Line / WeChat), your tickets have been reserved.
  • At the meeting point, there’s no need to show any confirmation or e-tickets. You just need to tell the operators your name to get in the bus
  • Seat arrangement will be made by bus's operators
  • Children aged 0 to 4 can travel for free as long as they share a seat with their parents
  • Each passenger can bring 1 standard-sized luggage and 1 small handbag
  • Please note that the duration of the transfer may vary depending on traffic conditions.
  • Passengers are not permitted to eat any food on board.

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before departure time: 70% of the total tour price will be refunded

  • 24 hours to 48 hours before departure time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded

  • Within 24 hours before departure time: No refund

About Private VIP Cabin Bus

Cabin Type:

  • Single Cabin: on second floor of bus, for 1 person

  • Double Cabin: on the first floor of bus, for 1 - 2 persons

  • Important Notice: If all 2nd-floor cabins are fully booked, a cabin on the 1st floor will be reserved for you.

Cabin Dimension:

  • The cabin size is 180 cm x 90 cm

  • For guests who are tall or over size, should choose 1 person/cabin

Cabin arrangement:

  • Each bus usually has 11 to 12 single cabins on the upper deck and 11 to 12 double cabins on the lower deck.
  • The cabins are arranged in 5 to 6 rows, with 5 rows on the upper deck and 5 to 6 rows on the lower deck.
  • In each row, there are two cabins that face each other and are placed side by side.
  • Every cabin has windows, curtains allowing passengers to enjoy the scenery during the trip.
