Pick up & drop off

  • Pick up at Hotel in Halong city, Bai Chay area, Tuan Chau island and also at the harbor for/after cruising
  • Drop off at any address in Hanoi City or at the airport and hotel nearby the airport

Cancellation Policies

  • More than 48 hours before arrival: 100% refund with USD 4 / car as handling fee will be charged
  • 24 hours to 48 hours before the starting time: 50% of the total tour price will be refunded
  • Within 24 hours before the starting time: No refund
  • Passenger not showing up: No refund
